Led by longevity factor NMN. 2024 ushered in a new wave of anti-aging ingredients. In this paper, we will introduce in detail three of these substances: PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt), AKG (alpha-ketoglutaric acid), spermidine, and analyze their research functions and applications.
1. PQQ (pyridoquinone ether)

It is worth noting that the female mice in the experiment lived an average of 8% to 20% longer than the control mice,

Later, Professor Brian Kennedy published another major experimental result in Nature,
which further supported the effect of AKG on human anti-aging.
In the experiment, Professor Kenney’s team organized 42 middle-aged and older people people (average age 63 years) to supplement AKG and vitamin complex preparations for 7 months. After seven months, the researchers re-measured the physiological indicators of the middle-aged and older people.
The results showed that through the 7-month AKG intervention,
the physiological age of this group of middle-aged and older people was 8 years younger on average.
At the same time, the participants’ sleep quality and other indicators also improved,
and their energy levels jumped by about 50 percent.
3. Spermidine
