The more NMN you eat, the better? Don’t blindly believe such words in the future!

The more NMN you eat, the better?

NMN (beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide) has achieved compelling results in clinical trials as an oral supplement.

Studies have shown that NMN supplements are able to significantly increase blood NAD+ concentrations in middle-aged healthy adults and have demonstrated excellent safety and tolerability.

A randomized, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, concurrent cohort,

dose-dependent clinical trial enrolled 80 middle-aged healthy adults and observed them for 60 days.

The researchers gave them oral β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide doses of 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg once a day.

The primary goal of the trial was to assess changes in the concentration of NAD in the blood in relation to dose.

The second is to evaluate the impact of NMN supplementation on safety and tolerability,

and to evaluate clinical efficacy by relevant measures.

Efficacy of placebo and three NMN treatment groups, three treatment groups versus placebo, 600 mg versus 300 mg, and 900 mg versus 600 mg for changes in efficacy

All 80 participants successfully completed the trial, and there were no protocol violations.

The results of the trial showed that blood NAD+ concentrations increased significantly in all β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide-treated groups at 30 and 60 days,

with the highest concentrations in the 600 mg and 900 mg groups.

NMN supplements performed well in terms of safety, did not present any safety concerns, and were well tolerated.

In the six-minute walking test, the 300 mg, 600 mg, and 900 mg groups walked significantly more than the placebo group at both 30 and 60 days,

with the 600 mg and 900 mg groups walking the longest distances.

NMN supplements improve health by increasing blood NAD concentration and improving physical performance.

Of particular note is that the clinical effect of β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide is optimal at an oral dose of 600 mg per day.

In addition to increasing blood NAD+ concentration and improving physical performance,

NMN has many other potential benefits, particularly in terms of brain function and anti-aging.

Some experimental studies have suggested that β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide may help improve cognitive function and increase brain vitality,

and it has shown anti-aging potential in clinical trials.

NMN inhibits age-related weight gain, enhances energy metabolism, promotes physical activity, improves insulin sensitivity and lipids,

improves eye function and other pathophysiology, and has no significant toxic or harmful effects.

β-Nicotinamide MononucleotideNMN has also been found to have a positive effect on cardiovascular health and metabolic health.

Studies have shown that NMN may help maintain cardiovascular function, improve insulin sensitivity, and combat the development of metabolic syndrome.

The author has this to say:

NMN is not the more you eat, the better the effect,

but there is an optimal measure of effect that varies from person to person.

There are some results of dosage studies in clinical trials.

For example, 250mg of NMN taken daily for 10 or 12 weeks without any adverse reactions. There were also some control groups taking 300mg/ day, 600mg/ day and 1200mg/ day of NMN, and there were no adverse reactions.

Combined with multi-faceted clinical trial data, studies comparing different intakes of NMN found that the use of 600mg/ day of NMN has the highest gain efficiency in humans.

In the NMN market, there are many brands, and products of the same kind and effect are also emerging in endless,

and friends who do not know enough are likely to step into a big pit in the selection process.

The author has taken a GSHWORLD NMN, has helped you personally trial investigation, raw materials, formula, origin are notable,

the ingredients not only include the above mentioned NMN, coenzyme Q10, resveratrol, anthocyanin,

betaine and other anti-aging elements content is also marked clearly, the most important is the high cost performance.
