The team at Harvard Medical School published their findings in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.
The study focused on higher weight or person in higher weight body adults over 45 years of age and looked at the effect on body weight by taking 2,000 mg of NMN daily for 28 consecutive days.
